At Jai’s Natural Living, we take great care to ensure your purchases arrive in perfect condition. If you receive a damaged item or notice an issue with your order, please contact us immediately via email. Our team will respond within one business day to assist you.

  • All items we sell are eligible for return.

  • Returns, exchanges, or replacements for damaged goods must be requested within 7 days of receiving your purchase. If contact is made after this period, any resolution will be at our discretion.

  • You must contact us immediately to discuss any concerns with your item and the reason for the return. Photographic evidence will typically be required to support any claim of damage or product fault.

  • Items must be returned to our postal address  Unit 1, 132 East West Arterial Road, Hendra QLD 4011.

  • Shipping costs from your original purchase are non-refundable, as they cannot be recovered. Customers are responsible for covering the cost of returning items to our designated return address. However, if a replacement or exchange is issued, we will cover the shipping costs for sending the new item(s) to you, using a shipping method of our choice.

  • Depending on the details of the return, we may offer a refund, store credit, exchange, or replacement at our discretion.

  • Our store is at Unit 1, 132 East West Arterial Road, Hendra QLD 4011. Hours: 9:30AM - 2:30PM on Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday and 10:00AM - 1:00PM Saturday.

  • Items supplied in the manufacturer’s packaging (e.g., diffusers) must be returned in their original packaging, including all accessories (e.g., power cables, adapters, etc.). Returned goods must be in a condition suitable for resale.
